United States v Zacharias Moussaoui Court of Appeals, 4th Circuit (Jan 4th 2010): Rejecting a bid by convicted al Qaeda conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui to overturn his guilty plea, a federal appeals court affirmed the French citizen's terror conviction in a 76-page ruling.

Mohammed al-Adahi v Barack Obama. et al. U.S.District Court, D.C. (Dec 10 2009): A federal judge has heavily criticised the DoD by holding it in civil contempt over the Pentagon's failure to comply with a court order requiring it to videotape testimony of a Guantanamo Bay detainee.
